Thank you so much for your interest in my services! I look forward to helping you create a hair, lash or makeup look that you can feel confident in! Please take a moment and review booking policies below. 

 

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total price of services rendered. Each client is allowed ONE reschedule if rescheduled at least 24 hrs before your original appointment or deposit will be forfeited. 

• Appointments booked before 9am will require an additional $15 early morning convenience fee. 

•  If travel is required there is $50 travel convenience fee (Up to 30 miles) 

• Extra people are not permitted at your appointment if not being serviced, no exceptions 

 

 To ensure we service clients in a timely manner I ask that you arrive at your appointment on time. There is a $10 late fee when arriving 10 mins past your start time unless it is my fault in which I will discount YOU $10. Anything after 15 minutes automatically cancels your appointment.

    •    Effective July 17th I do not accept outside lash/hair work.

    •    If you are interested in upgrading your lash set  please be sure to book the next level fill-in( you already have a classic set book a glam fill-in to upgrade) 

    •    Please arrive to your lash appointment with no makeup and clean lashes. Lash baths are $15 added to your appointment total 

    •    Maintenance is required to ensure healthy lashes and great retention. You MUST schedule a touchup within 28 days. Anything after this time is a new set. No exceptions!

    •    Please be sure all services rendered are to your liking before leaving your appointment All hair, lash, makeup services are non refundable. Adjustments may be made within 24 hrs but no refunds 

**Effective July 17th 2019 I will no longer  accept card payments. Cash Only.

ABSOLUTELY NO CASH APP, ZELLE,

 

APPLE PAY, VEMO, PAY PAL etc will be accepted.

PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Your confirmation email is sent immediately after booking. You will also receive a courtesy reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
